We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry and Personal Lines, as well as an eagerness to learn. You will partner alongside the Personal Lines team to facilitate day to day management of new and current clients’ needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.
- Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account.
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed.
- Review and maintain accuracy within client database system while managing endorsements, FR-19 requests, correspondence, invoicing, and billing.
Qualifications:
- You preferably have 1-2 years of Personal Lines experience.
- You are highly organized, analytical, and have a keen attention to detail.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- You handle sensitive and confidential financial information with integrity and discretion
