Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, support, and renewals.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
Qualifications & Skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
- You have experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
- You have strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and benefits administration.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
