Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead and manage internal team to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance coverage.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and communicate relevant updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Active and current P&C License.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in commercial insurance and client relationship management handling mid to large size accounts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines coverages insurance products and industry market trends.
- Proficiency with Applied Epic (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
